I bought it, I read it, I re-read it, and I have come to the conclusion that it is one of the most important books I have read in my 20 year Network Marketing career.
It has changed what I do, and the language I use, when prospecting, when presenting, when communicating in the written word, and when coaching. Not only that, it has changed the way I communicate with loved ones, including my children, and people I come into contact with in everyday life.
