By law, customers have the right to cancel orders or return items (unopened and in a re-saleable condition) for refund (of the purchase price only, unless faulty or mis-delivered – see below) at any time before the order is despatched or within seven working days of the day after the date the item was delivered.
For faulty or mis-delivered items, customers may either opt for a replacement item or a full refund – including outward and return delivery charges.
For correctly delivered goods of merchantable quality, refunds of outward or return postage fees will not be issued.
We regret that returns of unsealed CDs or DVDs cannot be accepted unless faulty.
To cancel an order with us, please call +44 (0) 1491 201530 or email email@example.com as soon as possible after placing it. If we receive your instruction prior to despatch then your credit / debit card will not be charged.
If, however, your order has already been despatched, you will need to await its receipt and then return the goods to us (should you still wish to cancel) unopened and in re-saleable condition in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage and packaging).
Returning an unwanted item
To return an item, please first advise us of your intentions via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) – quoting your order reference number, wrap the package securely and send it to:

For your own protection, we recommend that you obtain proof of posting for your return package.
Please note that you will be responsible for both the costs of returning the goods to us and the outward delivery charges, unless we delivered the item to you in error or it is faulty.
